You will sit inside of one of our private sauna pods (in your swim suit or birthday suit) that has been pre-warmed for you and steaming with our herbal blend. Once inside, sit back and relax while you detox, destress, heal and burn calories. Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No shows or cancellations/reschedules less than 24 hours before appointment will forfeit the deposit.
